A 3D scanner is a device that analyzes a real-world object or environment to collect data on its shape and its appearance. PowerTek provides a seamless connection to real datum and record drawings to place the data in order to construct three-dimensional models which are critical when extreme amounts of precision and accuracy are required.
As-built Locations of Underground Surveying of Utilities
Utility-detection via underground surveying is an extremely important and involved process, employing record drawings and happening in conjunction with others to utilize radio detection and ground penetrating radar. Our goal is to identify the size, type and location of all known utilities in the project area. Supplying this data to the engineer in the preliminary stages of the project initiates avoidance and marking these underground locations on the ground prior to excavation promotes safety and general awareness.
