With over 20 years of Primavera P6 Scheduling experience, we are able to create professional cost reports that accurately mirror detailed construction schedules to allow for accurate cash flow reporting to our clients. During the project we also integrate all dynamic Change Management data into our reporting.
PROCUREMENT
Our staff can efficiently process engineered and bulk material orders through our billing system or yours, along with handling many procurement abilities, including engineered material specification and data sheets, bulk material take-offs, vendor follow-up, expediting, and material storage and security.
DOCUMENT CONTROL
By organizing scope documents, estimate/material take-offs, drawings, RFI’s/CR’s and QA/QC paperwork in one central binder for each project, we are able to efficiently update, collect, file, and transmit all pertinent As-Built information & records for our clients.
QA/QC
Quality construction is more than checking the boxes of a written policy – our clients need assurance and hard evidence that all work was installed and tested to the highest standards. We believe it is imperative to consistently deliver products of the highest quality and reliability. We will manage our work to company QA/QC standards and procedures, follow client-supplied practices, or work with clients to find a desirable hybrid.
PowerTek has created a unique project completion checklist which not only ensures site QA/QC requirements have been met, but that the finer points of projects are complete, such as nameplates, cleanliness, and owner coordination. Photographs are taken extensively to document project completion and adherence to QA/QC standards, as well as to communicate as-built conditions and facilitate future design.
